Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and jewelry pouches are included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
